Kashimana & Friends
January 30 @ 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
$10 Admission, $5 with current student ID. Door opens 15 minutes before music begins.
The name Kashimana means ‘that’s her heart’ and her catchy and compelling songs show you where her heart beats painting stories of her experiences growing up in Nigeria, Kenya, traveling through Africa, Europe and living in the United States.
Intention for the night …Songs of replenishment and renewal. Join me and a few friends as we perform some songs from the Phantom Cries Suite, Love from the Sun, In Common Willmar songbook and more.
PS: I am also calling this Mamas Night Out because I am a mama and I’ll be out. All are welcome but especially welcome are mamas. Come hang out with me and improvise on a song or two.
