Last Minute Quartet
February 17 @ 8:30 pm - 10:00 pm
$10 general admission, $5 for students with ID & musicians with instruments. Doors open 15 minutes before music starts.
The Last Second Quartet is a group of Minneapolis musicians who come from a range of backgrounds. Some, like Sophia Kickhofel and Lasse Corson, are up and coming high school students who have started to make their way into the professional scene. Among those professionals they have been playing with are bassist Charlie Lincoln and drummer Abinnet Berhanu.
Together, the four of them will be bringing their own unique sounds to innovate on some well known jazz standards, and some less known.
Sophia Kickhofel – Saxophone
Charlie Lincoln – Bass
Abinnet Berhanu – Drum
Lasse Corson – Piano
